從拙樸的材質到唯美的藝術品，玻璃在玻璃大師們的手下熠熠生輝，更以美妙的姿態(tài)折射出生命的真諦。
一玻璃，一世界。
分享玻璃的無限可能是上海玻璃博物館的建館理念，此次活動秉承這個理念提倡在分享中創(chuàng)造更精彩紛呈的玻璃藝術空間，將最美的藝術和最精彩的科技呈現(xiàn)于公眾面前。

Heat-treated and quench-hardened, the thousand-year-old glass has stood out in our life with its inherent charm and unrivalled beauty, thus becoming the love of artists.
Created and treated by the Masters of Glass Art, it has turned into gorgeous artworks from plain materials, thus reflecting the true meaning of life.
A piece of Glass. A Wonderful World.
Sharing the infinite possibilities of Glass is the concept of the establishment of SHMOG. Under this concept, this event encourages creating a more splendid space of the Arts of Glass in sharing and presents the finest art and the most brilliant technologies to the public.

藝術家：高橋直樹（日本）、安藤忠雄（日本）、史蒂芬 溫伯格（美國）、王沁（中國）   
Artist: Gao qiao zhi shu (Japan)、Tadao Ando(Japan)、Steven Weinberg(USA)、Wang qin(China)

日本建筑師安藤忠雄因其大膽的創(chuàng)新和理念優(yōu)勢，在其創(chuàng)意領域分支中脫穎而出VENINI是其首家合作的公司。日本玻璃大師高橋直樹的創(chuàng)作理念在快樂與悠游的心境中尋找日本現(xiàn)代藝術作品與中國傳統(tǒng)藝術形式的契合點。美國玻璃藝術家Steven Weinberg的作品體現(xiàn)了玻璃的光影交錯的空間立體感和晶瑩剔透的唯美意境，并以其卓越的玻璃鑄造工藝而著稱。中國玻璃藝術家王沁尊重玻璃材料本身，與之對話，而使作品與玻璃的物性得到充分和諧。

    With his bold creativity and idea, the Japanese architect Tadao Ando cooperates with VENINI in his branch of the field of creativity. Naoki Takahashi, the Japanese master of Glass Art, searches for the conjunction point of Japanese Modern artworks and form of traditional Chinese Art in a happy mood with leisure. The works by Steven Weinberg, an America glass artist, embody the 3D effect of space of glass and glittering and translucent beauty, known for the distinguished foundry technique of glass. Wang Qin, a Chinese glass artist, focus on glass itself and communicate with it, thus harmonizing the artwork and the physical property of glass.
